New range of self-lubricating smooth bearings CSB-85

CSB-85 Metallic Bearings: High Temperature Technology and Sec Operation

The range CSB-85 (CSB-85HB, CSB-85HF, CSB-85HN) powder metallurgy. These high performance materials consist of a metal matrix charged with solid lubricants (graphite, MoS2 or PTFE).

Properties and technical advantages

  • Thermal range From -20°C to +600°C depending on the material.
  • Zero lubrication : Dry operation without oil or grease.
  • High loads : Excellent static and dynamic resistance.
  • Eco-responsible : No pollution and no water absorption.

Severe industrial applications

CSB-85 bearings are recommended where pollution is prohibited or extreme heat:
  • IAA & bottling No pollutants.
  • Iron and steel : Guidance of ovens and grippers.
  • Agricultural : Compatibility with paint processes.
They are present where the temperature is very high as in the iron and steel industry and aluminium industry: guide plates of preheating push furnaces, oven doors, grippers

Technical Comparison: Series CSB-85
